Open a ticket – Report and Issue or make a Request

REPORT AN ISSUE
- You can choose to add people in CC, especially if you are not the only person experiencing the issue and you want those people to be informed.
- Select AlithyaHUB in the Service field
- Describe the issue encountered. Give details about the action you were doing or about to do when you encountered the issue, or how the strange behavior is showing.
- Share a screen capture of the ENTIRE WINDOW that will include the navigation address bar, the error message – if any.

When to submit a request?
To request for enhancements, new features or changes on reports and configurations in AlithyaHub
For AlithyaHUB Service, select “AlithyaHUB – Non-Standard Service Request Form”.

- You can choose to add people in CC, especially if you are not the only person experiencing the issue and you want those people to be informed.
- Select AlithyaHUB in the Service field
- Describe your business needs
- Give the business reason that would justify spending time and money on customizing AlithyaHUB to meet the expressed business needs.
