USER GUIDE - Employee - MY ACTIVITY CENTER
This guide is intended for employees. The My Activity Center tile is a centralized space in AlithyaHUB designed to help you easily manage all your job-related tasks (timecards, absences, performance, and personal information).
It gives you an overview of your tasks, allows you to quickly navigate to key sections, and helps you keep track of your daily responsibilities.
1. Me
The Me tab provides access to all features and personal information related to your profile.
1. Click on the Me tab.
2. Click on the My Activity Center tile.

*The Benefits tile is only visible to employees in the United States.
*The My Payroll tile is only visible to employees in Canada and the United States.
1.1 My activity centre
The My Activity Center tile is a tool that allows you to manage your personal information and daily activities more effectively. It provides a centralized view of information for reference when managing your tasks. This center also allows you to manage your goals and performance reviews.
Employee page
When you click on this tile, you open a page that gives you a detailed view of your profile. Here you will find essential information such as your employment details.
At the top of the page, you can see your salary and your absences.
This option, available only to US employees, allows you to access, view, and manage your benefit plans. This section contains information related to insurance.
2. View more
This option is used to quickly access the main actions and pages available to you.
You can select/deselect six pages of your choice. These will appear on your employee page view.

This action allows you to view and manage your personal information, such as your name, photo, demographic and biographical details.
2. Additional Person Info
This action allows you to complete a diversity questionnaire.
This action allows you to view and manage your phone numbers, email addresses, communication accounts, and primary mailing and physical addresses.
4. Family and Emergency Contacts
This action allows you to view and manage your emergency contacts.
Employment
This action provides a comprehensive overview of your current position within the organization, including: your assignment, managers, direct reports, and seniority dates.
Pay
This action allows you to manage and update your banking information for expense reimbursement.
Payroll, Tax Slips and Banking Details
Time
This action allows you to view, add, and manage your timecards.

Career and Performance
This action allows you to create, view, edit, and track your professional goals.
Year-end cycle: Performance Management, Salary Review, and Variable Pay
This action allows you to view, manage, and participate in performance evaluation processes.

Benefits*
This action allows you to generate a detailed report related to a life event (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption, divorce, change of status, etc.) that affects your benefits.
This action allows you to create, view, and edit information related to your insurance beneficiaries.
Compensation
This action allows you to view detailed information related to your total compensation within AlithyaHUB.
2. View Total Compensation Statement
This action allows you to access a personalized statement providing a comprehensive overview of your total compensation.
*Available to US employees only.
3. Timeline

These two buttons give you access to a view of the employee's vacation and public holidays recorded over the past year, as well as those planned for the next six months.
