Set up user mailboxes in AlithyaOne(CRM)
Background:
For users to use CRM, their mailbox must be enabled.
Prerequisites:
The CRM Admin will license the users and enter a ticket for the mailboxes to be enabled.
The CRM Admin must add the appropriate access.
Global Administrator is required for this process.
Process:
- Click User
- Change to Enabled Users
- Search for user
- Check box next to name > … dots >> Open Mailbox
