CONSULT EXPENSE REPORT HISTORY
This guide provides you with the most frequently used features for managing expense reports. It is intended for permanent employees, salaried staff, and administrative agents.

1. Access the travel and expense tile
From the Home Page / Me tab, click on the Expenses icon.

The Travel & Expenses screen displays the history of your expense reports.
2. Summary of expense report status
The most commonly used expense report statuses are:
- Rejected by auditor
- Rejected by the supervisor
- Not Submitted
- Pending Approval by the auditor
- Pending Approval by the supervisor
- Ready for Payment Processing
- Ready for Payment
- Paid

For each type of status, you have different options for managing your expense report.
Rejected by auditor - expense report approved by your manager but rejected by the auditor.

Rejected by the supervisor - expense report rejected by the manager.

Not Submitted - expenditure report that has been saved but not yet submitted for approval.

Pending Approval by the auditor - expense report that has been approved by your manager but not yet verified by payables.

Pending Approval by the supervisor - expense report that has been submitted to your manager for approval but has not yet been approved.

Ready for Payment Processing - expense report that has been successfully verified by payables, but has not yet been transferred to the payables module for payment.

Ready for Payment - expense report that has been successfully verified by payables and transferred to the payables module for payment.

Paid - expense report that has been paid.

The actions available for each status type are as follows :

Open - open the expense report to view details.

Resubmit - resubmit the expense report for approval.

Submit - submit the expense report for approval, for the first time.

Duplicate - duplicate the selected expense report into a new expense report.

Delete - delete the expense report.

Print - print the expense report to a printer or PDF file.
3. View expense reports
To view all your expense statements for the last 180 days, click the See All link.

The page below appears.

4. Perform a search
To perform a search, click on Search. Certain parameters appear, allowing you to carry out a more detailed search.

There are three actions you can follow using the following buttons :

Search - returns expense reports that match the criteria entered in the search parameters.

Reset - automatically deletes search criteria values for faster searching.

Save - saves the criteria in a quick-search selection that can be reused.

Saved searches can be selected from the Saved Search drop-down list.

If the search parameters provided do not contain a field you need, or more detailed search criteria (e.g. object begins with, date range, report total greater than...), click on the Advanced button.

5. Other options
In addition to the detailed search criteria, you can also select the following buttons :
Add Fields - add additional search fields provided by the drop-down list. 
Reorder - change the order of columns. 

To return to the previous screen, click on the Done button.

You are returned to the Travel & Expenses screen.
